Food Factory and Pub in Lake City

Food wasn't great, steak had to be sent back to the cook to be cooked more. It was ordered med rare. Service was great server did everything she could to make things better.

Stopped in for lunch, Brooke was our waitress and she was awesome! Boyfriend ordered the rodeo burger with fries which looked amazing we got some mac and cheese for our daughter and I got the barnyard burger. I was informed that they were out of raw eggs to put on my burger so they used a hard boiled egg in its place and it was amazing! Brooke also suggested a drink called a chocolate salted pretzel martini, so good!Quick and friendly service definitely going to be going back

The food was good once we got it. The kitchen somehow missed one of our orders... we were all done eating before the other order came out.... generally the rest of the service and food was good but the management must not have a clue about the wait or don't care.

This place is a gem! The waitress was very friendly and incredibly helpful. We have a 15 month old boy and the waitress brought a high chair before we were even fully seated. She also brought a toy when he was getting fidgety. The food is also 5 stars and amazing. It was flavorful, fresh, and creative. I highly recommend this place!

Good food, especially for a small, northern Michigan town with few options. Prompt service, great Turkey Reuben and delicious fries, and nice selection of craft beers. Great outside deck on Missaukee Lake, when weather warm...

Chicken Mac and cheese was phenomenal!

Food was good and quick service. the only reason I didn't give it a five-star is because the tables and a couple chairs were a bit messy with food.

Thinly sliced ribeye on soft (pita)? Very good!! My husband also liked his creamy Mac and Cheese with Shrimp and Chorizo!!

Comfortable, up north, local restaurant with both inside and deck dining. Every visit is delicious, fresh ingredients, inventive menu. Loved the Pulled Pork Mac n Cheese, Philly sandwich, and Italian Sandwich.

Good food and atmosphere. They just need to leave the grill open a bit longer. When you have a meeting or class and would like dinner, grill is closed.

I've been here a few times and it's usually good. The stir fry is good. Sandwiches are good. Today the burrito was good, but it was cold.

Honestly, I thought a place with the name would have better food. The fish and chips I had on a Friday, was just freezer bag to deep fryer. Not the cleanest place. Waitress was very nice.

All you can eat Friday Fish Fry was good $14. The place is nothing to write home about, but the service is solid. They really should reconsider the name. Factory is a concept in food that's usually hidden. I liked the beer selection the Loon Imperial Porter was tasty $6.

We stopped here for a late lunch because our first choice was closed that particular day. What a lucky break! Upon arrival the hostess told us that the service was running a little slow so lunch might be awhile. It WAS busy. No problem, we thought. At least they told us and communication counts for a lot. We ordered a beverage, then lunch and sat back to enjoy our drink. After a short wait, our waitress brought a complimentary appetizer while at the same time apologizing for the wait. Great service!When our food arrived we found it to be delicious and nicely presented. This was an accidental stop on our way through Lake City but the Food Factory has earned a place on our "must visit" list.Well done!

It took almost 2 hrs for my family and I to get our food. The food was mediocre at best, and cost about $12 a plate...I personally will not go there again.

2nd time in 2 weeks I've had to wait for my food. This time, a considerable amount of time. Told 30 to 40 minutes, ended up being over an hour for 2 sandwiches and kids chicken nuggets. That doesn't bother me, kitchens get overwhelmed but my pulled pork sandwich was burned, the grilled Italian was soggy and the chicken nuggets were burned. I ordered the food as a to-go order so I wasn't driving back to complain. I also over heard there was no more to-go orders because they ran out of boxes. Staffing is obviously an issue (6 waitstaff and 3 cooks still can't get food out in a decent amount of time in that small place) but it comes down to management. That place has run out of excuses for me.

I've been eating here for about 10 years. The food is always delicious! Staff is friendly! Indoor and outdoor seating is great. Even when it's super busy, the food is quick to arrive.

Dry overcooked meat, more bread than meat, mystery rib eye. Used baby talk while serving. Yikes!

We were on the patio. Nice place, friendly service...but there were spider webs and spiders everywhere out there. When we got up to hurry back inside, we also noticed the many webs and spiders under the table we were actually sitting at. But, again, the servers were very friendly and apologized, saying that every time they try to get rid of the spiders, they return (they are right on a beach.

Small bar, small town feel. Had a burger and seasoned fries. Hot and delicious. Limited selection of top shelf, so I drank water. Didn't use the bathroom , so I don't know how clean they were. They did have a deck outside, with a few tables there. You can see Lake Missauke from the deck. Might go back and sit outside with a beer or two next time.
